It Takes a Herd offers a variety of dementia-friendly programs and community events throughout the year. On this page, you can explore upcoming offerings, learn what to expect, and request more information about participating. Each experience is designed to meet a person living with dementia and their care partner where they are in the journey of dementia.

Participants register as a pair: one person living with dementia and their care partner attend together.

Veteran cohorts welcome pairs where at least one participant is a veteran.

Programs meet once per week for four consecutive weeks.

For the greatest benefit, participants are encouraged to attend all four sessions in succession

Space is limited; all programs require pre-registration.
